As with most downloadable software and app products, unlocked episodes cannot be returned or exchanged, and in-app purchases on Tapas are generally considered final.
Although we have a no-refund policy, we do understand that there may be special circumstances in which a refund or some sort of adjustment is warranted. In such cases, we reserve the right modify our policy on a case-by-case basis.
Transactions are processed by Google (for Android devices) or Apple (for iOS devices), so if there's a problem with a purchase or payment, both companies have support systems to handle refund requests:
