As with most downloadable software and app products, coins purchased and episodes unlocked through Tapas (in-app purchases) are generally non-refundable.
All coin pack sales are final. Likewise, unlocked episodes can not be returned or exchanged.
Although we have a no-refund policy, we do understand that there may be special circumstances in which a refund or some sort of adjustment is warranted. In such cases we reserve the right modify our policy on a case-by-case basis.
